RETURN POLICY


 

In case your client cancel or the color does not match, we offer an exchange or a refund for 60 days.  

For you to qualify for a refund or an exchange, your item must be in its original packaging and unused, maintaining the same condition as when you received it.

Exclusion: Tailored Weft

  • Widths in 44" and 22" are returnable or exchangable if they are in the original conditon and unused.
  • Customized width and 2" ~ 13.5" widths are FINAL SALE.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5~10 business days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you require an exchange for the same item or a different color, please send us an email at online@extensionology.com. If your item is eligible for exchange, we will provide you with an RMA number.

Once you receive the RMA number, please send your item along with the RMA number to the following address:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, we suggest that you first check your bank account once more. Afterward, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have followed these steps and are still waiting for your refund, please reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing time that is causing the delay.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to Extensionology at 177 E Colorado Blvd Suite 200, Pasadena California US 91105.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The amount of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If the item you are returning is valued over $80, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure its safe arrival.
